Operation Big Steel
During the first week in Sept 1999, from 1st to 5th, five stalwart Blue Steelers undertook Operation Big Steel to search the Blue Steel impact area for remains of the missiles. Team members came from the spectrum of organisations involved in the Blue Steel project and were as follows:
