• Fed up with keeping two sets of addresses? - the one in an Address Tag in TMG and one somewhere else to use for a mail out?

Well soon you can with a minimum of fuss! With - MailWiz! -

This upcoming application makes TMG Address Tag information and allows a once-off formatting to a special tag allowing Mailout or Emails directly from TMG data. The address can be formatted for any country with their own styles of addressing. During Mailout (using printed labels) or email any document can be attached for forwarding to fellow researchers.

With this in hand it was also possible to created a lookup to Multi Map and Google Earth at the same time. These result are recorded within TMG and can be used for instant access time and time again.

Functions available in MailWiz!

Mailout:

1. Prepare PWMAIL tags for selected group or person (contains operational data in Memo).
2. Allows Address tag data to be modified for Mailout and stored as mentioned on a once off basis without changing the original place data.
3. Mailout via Email with any attachment added, or print a set of labels for snail mail to a selected group of people

Mapping:

1. Prepare PWMAP tags for a person (contains operational data in Memo).
2. Allows Address tag data to be modified for Mapping and stored as mentioned on a once off basis without changing the original place data.
3. Mapping with Google earth with altitude adjustment.
