The list of actions in the browse grid is opened on the [Help] button.
Help Actions
5 Click on Caption or Desc Memo or Ref field to edit the contents
Capital M on memo indicates there is an entry there.
Direct Entry in Ref feld
NB When all changes have been made click the [Save] Button
to start the [Commit] process see here
